“My boyfriend went to the health centre before Christmas to ask them to fill out a form so that he could quickly access help for his mental health. This was recognised as an emergency at the time and he has since followed up with them twice. To be clear: the reception staff have been amazing and have been so lovely with him over the phone. However, it's been over a month now and still nothing. He's giving up, I can see him becoming more and more depressed and cannot pull himself out. He's asked for help, all they need to do is sign 3 parts of the form and it's taken over a month. They are aware of how imperative this is as his mental health is now critical. I don't know how else to get their attention and so have resorted to writing this review.... maybe someone will see it and help. I'm not family so I am not able to progress this on his behalf or find out any information but I cannot stress enough how urgent this is. He's on the edge and is barely holding on, please stop neglecting him and help him get the support he needs. Please, apply your signature to the 3 parts of the form required and help him speak to someone. Please just help.”

“Why does the mental health person only see 18+ I’m struggling so bad but got told to go to mypass and wait and wait and wait on a waiting list just to be told I’m nearly on the top of the waiting list and after the phone call I had (not the ladies fault) I felt worse I’m only getting worse you’ll never catch me out my bed unless it’s for work but even thats becoming a struggle and even just brushing my teeth is a struggle now going to bed feeling this way and knowing I’m going to feel the same way the next day is draining. Cahms didn’t help I just lied to get out of it my pass is definitely not going to help I just don’t get it”
