“We flew from the United States to Edinburgh on the over night. We sat up reservations for a pick up like 2 weeks before our trip. I spoke to Lynsey asking prices etc. I say the trip to hotel and returning to the airport at the end of our trip. I saw in the reviews other people had problems with them Not showing up but thought surely that wouldn’t happen to us. Well it did. We waited an entire hour for our van with no show, no call or email. I hope they don’t do me the way they did the other reviewer and say we cancelled it via app because that’s absolutely not the case. When I refreshed the app it kept saying their driver would notify us when they’re on the way. That call never happened even when we made it to the hotel. After that long flight, going on no sleep and it being cold outside I find it extremely rude they just decided to blow their customers off.”

“Should be able to leave no stars. Ordered taxi at 8am 30minutes to arrive. Driver starts telling me the company cover contract jobs before cash jobs. AVIOD. Want a taxi? Definitely don’t go here. Complained on phone and nothing but dribble from them.”
