“Me and my mum got a taxi home today and we were assisted a lovely man named derek who kindly helped my mum get into the taxi and placed steps at the door to help her to get in. I find taxis can make me very anxious but derek made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He also asked if we would like a song played, he played my mums favourite song for her while she sang along. He then continued to play continuous tunes my mum really enjoyed. Derek made us feel right at home. I will recommend this service to anyone now, brilliant service from a great gentleman.”
