“We used Pure property management to let a property for approx 2 years. There was always someone available to discuss matters with over the phone. They have an easy to fill out maintenance portal which is monitored frequently. We had one small mishap when we werent informed of a rental increase but this was rectified promptly and we were given our 3 months notice for the rental increase. The end of tenancy documents/checklists provided helped to ensure we left the property to a high standard and subsequently received our full deposit back from Safe deposit Scotland. If you are a respectful tenant would recommend leasing from Pure property management.”
