“Lost Oscillation's situated inside the vast underground vaults of Spilt Milk is indeed a well hidden secret. I visited the studio come micro soldering service and repair hub having bought a 2015 macbook pro. The laptop was sold with a warranty. Through no fault of the vendor the refurbished laptop had an issue with the battery. This was addressed and a replacement fitted to no extra cost. I also had some issues as i had used apple's timemachine integration. Dave went beyond his obligations to help me resolve the sluggish performance of my mac book. He was flexible with timing and found a workaround whilst a new battery was in transit. I have bought laptops direct from apple and found their applecare to be second to that on offer here. The visit was by appointment, social distancing measures were in place. My laptop is now good as new and I saved a decent wad of cash by buying refurbished from Dave Lost Oscillations. His studio is amazing, walls clad with rock wool and stacks of instruments and recording equipment. Dave is knowledgeable, friendly reliable and honest.”
