I received a block of reflexology with the aim of helping me to relax more and to address some sinus blockage I was suffering from. Lesley started with a consultation to ascertain my aims during the session and tailored her reflexology to match these. She used calming music, essential oils and wonderful massage techniques to really help me relax, I even fell asleep at one point! She also managed to clear my sinuses by massaging the side of my of my toes!
