“I participated in Holistic Aquila's Reiki level 1 training in May 2025. Here are some of my highlights: I appreciated the training manual, which we received ahead of the training so that we may become familiar with the material. I appreciated that the training was held in-person over two days, in a dedicated and calm space. This allowed the group to delve into the theorical and more importantly the energetic and practical elements much deeper. I also appreciated Astrid's flexibility to provide an online Zoom link to participate in the training should some of us not feel our best to participate in person. I appreciated that the group was small, and we had time and opportunity to practice healing on each other. Astrid's depth of knowledge and experience in reiki, as well as in other modalities such as shamanic practices, feather stone healing, somatic healing, provided a fertile ground for interconnected approaches. Astrid connected with each participants individual energies, gifts and spirit guides to bring forward their unique healing capabilities and strengths.
