“I haven’t used this company’s services and, based on this experience, I never would. One of their branded Land Rover Defenders was parked in a parent and child space with no child present. When I challenged this, the lone male driver, who I assume may be the company owner, claimed he was “collecting his wife and child from the shop” — despite the vehicle clearly having only two seats. When questioned further, he became verbally abusive. This was all while driving and representing the company in a clearly branded vehicle. Even if you put the parking issue aside, the aggressive and dishonest behaviour shown reflects very poorly on the company’s values and professionalism. Merry Christmas to you, your wife and child.”
