“this company is run but some really dumb people. date booked for a grab hire which was missed late minute and I am given an excuse that the traffic is high and the lorry is going for repair so he wouldn't make it in time to grab the stuff and dump the stuff at his site and then give the lorry for repair. to be fair, this i understood and it does happen. Then the job was booked for today and i was assured he would call before he came but no contact. i gave two calls which went unanswered(weird). I had booked this same company in 2021 and even then they pulled this same stunt. I taught this time would be better but no. forget customer service. this company lost other services i was going to get from them. amazing way to lose customers and easy future revenue without effort. well done guys.”

“I wish I could write a positive review. Unfortunately, the person behind this phone number has agreed to pick up a heavy tree stump and said they'd do it when one of their vehicles passes by my location. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now trying to contact them on this mobile number unsuccessfully. I sent three SMS in total, one on 5 Oct as a confirmation of our agreement, another 12 Oct just to check if they remember and can give me an estimate when the pickup would happen and last one on 18 Oct asking if they'd do it at all. No response to all my atteampts hence this negative review. It's caussed by lack of organisation or ignorance and not by not getting the job done. It would be sufficient for me when you just say you'd not do it at all than leaving me waiting in a limbo. I'd have arranged someone else to do the job in the mean time.”
