“I pay this company to come and pick up cardboard boxes from my business premises 3 times a week. However I will be lucky if they pick up the waste once a fortnight. The boxes are left flattened and tied up outside as per their instruction as their driver won't pick up from inside the shop but still the waste is not picked. When you call the company the phone will keep ringing out. No one will answer it and if by chance they do then when you complain the call is disconnected and they will not answer the call. This company and the staff are discourteous and unprofessional. They take the money but don't provide the service for what they are paid for.”
