“Marvelous restaurant across the street from our hotel, The Ocean Mist, in Leith (a port of Edinburgh). Staff were friendly, atmosphere was like an old English Pub, and food was excellent. My sister and her sister-in-law had been traveling in Ireland and Scotland for 3 weeks when I met them in Edinburgh, and they said that it was the BEST dinner that they had had during their entire trip so far! Prices were also reasonable. (The price per person I gave was what we spent INCLUDING our generous tip.) I was also amazed at how nicely everything was presented. Have you ever seen Mushy Peas (1st picture) so beautifully plated? Since coming back, I have told all my friends & relatives to go to this restaurant if they like seafood and are in the Edinburgh area.”
