“Absolute waste of time and money! Contacted them after receiving a ticket for 3 points and a £100 fine for careless driving, I told them the situation and they were very confident and made loads of contact, making sure I didn’t pay the fixed penalty as I’d be pleading guilty if I paid it. Paid them £3000 to fight the ticket then was offered a director service for an additional £1000, since I couldn’t afford to get the points I paid for the premium, then I was told the director wouldn’t be able to attend court and work on my case as he had another court hearing on the same day so I was given another solicitor…. Didn’t hear much from them after paying the legal fees. I contacted them about the director service afterwards and they said in the small print it says they can switch to a normal solicitor if the director is busy. Got to court on the day and straight away the solicitor advices me to just take the points. Once they had the money they completely lost interested…. And instead of paying a £100 fine it was upped to £220, could’ve saved a fortune staying away from this scamming firm! Update- They sent an email via their 'Client Care Manager' looking for a resolution.... I respond asking exactly what else they would like to know about my experience, a month has went by and I still haven't received a response!”

“My daughter has arthritis and a year old baby. The stress of this move has caused her inflammation to flare right up. They are sitting in an empty house expecting to move home tomorrow but because of Scullion's laziness and incompetence she has no idea if she can, because Scullion didn't start their conveyancing work till the last possible minute before the move date. There are 4 households in this chain, all are suffering extreme stress levels because Scullion's client who is a cash buyer is being failed by her choice of solicitor. DO NOT USE. Edit - The sale has now gone through, unfortunately due to your trainee solicitor's incompetence or your firm's delaying tactics the keys were not made available until after 4pm on the agreed Friday so my daughter's furniture could not be delivered until the following Monday. They had to pay for additional storage fees and hotel accommodation. This was entirely your firms fault. If you are remotely interested, the flat sale was in Mingarry St Glasgow. The best way to remedy this would be for you to supervise your trainee solicitors properly and try to conduct your firms affairs efficiently”
