“I honestly don’t understand how this place has a 4.8 rating. There was no spa atmosphere at all — the space felt dirty and neglected. There was dust everywhere, and the bowl I was supposed to soak my feet in was clearly unclean. The products they offer for sale had sticky bottles, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. What’s more, the same person who was doing my treatment was also handling the reception. Unfortunately, the person who did my treatment had a strong body odor, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Overall, the place lacked cleanliness, professionalism, and any sense of relaxation. I definitely won’t be coming back.”
