“Great idea and service, didn’t even know this was as a thing! But so so helpful with our recent visit to Edinburgh. We had to check out at 10am and train not till 3pm. Using this app meant we could drop our bags and still manage to get around and make the most of our last day (it’s not the easiest place to be dragging bags around!). We left our bags at cafe on the mound the lady was very nice even told us to take a picture of our bags.I will keep this in mind when visiting other places as it was so helpful to be able to leave our bags.”

“I read the reviews of this location and noted that luggage was stored in individual lockers. I specifically chose this location because of that level of security. When we arrived, there were indeed lockers but we were instructed to put our luggage in a locked closet. When I mentioned to the staff person that we expected one of the lockers, he said no we were to use the communal closet. The closet was locked and access was monitored by a camera but when we returned to pick up our luggage, the door was open and several people were in and out of the closet. My husband was able to go in the closet and retrieve our bags with no one checking his identify. If you’re expecting security, this isn’t it.”

“Idea of stasher is super have used it 3/4 times now, dont know of i will use of again. Last time we used it was a 'shop' in Edinburgh city centre. Daughters boy friend did not feel confident that bags were safe decided to go back to shop 2/3 mins after leaving it. Explained he wanted bag back & was told to 'go behind the counter & lift the bag' (he wasnt even the one left bags in foest place!) would not be happy with leaving anything valuable thats why we decided to leave other bags there was no value in them. We have left previous in a premier inn hotel was which much more professional”
