“I've been to a few sushi trains, and this one at Bonnyrigg Plaza is a solid choice. It's nothing fancy, just your average sushi train, but the variety is a definite plus. You've got the train itself, plus a whole menu with extra options if you don't see what you want rolling by. Most people just stick to the train, though. I will say the prices have gone up since my last visit, so expect to pay around $5 on average for a plate. The rice is a bit on the wet side, but the salmon is fresh, which is a huge plus. They also have some unique pieces you don't see everywhere, like a crab stick on egg, which is a nice touch. All in all, I'd rate it above average compared to other sushi train spots.”

“Clean sushi train in a food court. This review is for the ordered a la carte menu. The chicken curry rice was overwhelming horrible. They served the dish using flavoured sushi rice instead of plain rice and the curry itself was salty and really lacked curry flavour. It had no depth and ended up tasting like some cheap gravy sauce. The chicken was thin and salty. Did not taste fresh. The chicken piece was battered and the crispiness is the only good thing out of the whole dish.”
