“Not good. Unattended till, employee looked at us waiting and wandered off. I followed him into the kitchen. "Can I pay for my food?" "My colleague is on tills" he says "well can you give her a call?" Reluctantly he shouts her name. Sandwich was reduced from £4 to £2. Still was poor value, all bread very sparse filling (chicken and bacon bread roll) - 1 slice of thin bacon, tiny amount of chicken. Jam donut had dried up tiny amount of jam. Tuna crunch baguette not particularly great, nothing to write home about. I guess it was quite cheap. But would have been better just grabbing a hot bacon roll from the heated cabinet in store.”

“I made an order for click and collect on 30th June, received an email on 6th July telling me that my order would be shipped to the store within 5-7 days. I've since heard absolutely nothing despite emailing. I understand that orders can take a while longer at the moment with missing delivery drivers etc but an email to let me know the order is delayed or cancelled would be much appreciated so I could figure out if I need to buy uniform elsewhere. Not very impressed with the service which is a real shame.”
