“This place may be called sweet October but they do excellent focaccia sandwiches too. The bread was crisp on the outer with a soft centre. I believe I got a manchego and chorizo filling which paired nicely and it was a very enjoyable sandwich. I also picked up a raspberry and pistachio scone which was nice but slightly on the drier side. The flavour was subtle and not overly sweet. They do a large variety of scones and other sweet delights which I will like to come back and try. The man with the orange hair, who I guess is the owner, was friendly and welcoming. I wish this business success as I know how difficult it is for independent new businesses to keep afloat.”
