“My 2 girls love their lessons, and their little sister will start here too when she's old enough. David the manager is fantastic with the kids - we followed him here from a previous swim school. All the other teachers are very approachable and give good feedback. Good teacher/child ratio in the water and more staff poolside. I feel the kids are very safe in the water, which was not the case in a previous swim school when we had a major incident. The kids are all swimming for the vast majority of the lessons, rather than spending ages at the edge while others are practicing 1 at a time. I can't recommend this swim school highly enough and am very glad we found them!”

“I wouldn’t recommend this company, as there are many issues with them. Fundamentally my daughter has not made progress since she started over a year ago and the company have no regard for the children. There have been several teachers and most weeks we receive a message on the day of the class letting us know they have staffing issues and have a substitute teacher. One teacher (after several months) still had no idea which child was which and incorrectly marked my child has having progressed to the next level and we were told she had to move to a new class on a different day. However it turned out this instructor had been marking the children’s progress completely inaccurately and she wasn’t ready to progress. They have also cancelled classes but not issued a refund. We kept her attending lessons as she generally enjoyed them, however we have been contacted today and given a week’s notice that the classes have been cancelled permanently, this is despite the company having taken payment for a month worth of fees. I would strongly recommend people do not use this company - they have no regard for the children they are attempting to teach.”
