“If it were possible, I would give zero out of five stars. Very disappointing experience. The alteration was not done as requested, and the fit was still incorrect after the work was completed. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for it to be corrected, I was told I had to pay extra money to fix it, and that it would not be corrected unless I paid more. This is unacceptable, as the original job was not completed properly. In addition, the customer service was very poor — the communication was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic respect. Overall, the service and workmanship were unprofessional. I would not recommend this tailor.”
