“Went in tonight with my friend, we both greeted the staff member and were met with silence and a dirty look. We have never been before so we were looking at the price list and the woman with a cheeky tone just said “name”. I gave her my name and told her it was my first time so I won't be registered to where she rolled her eyes and slammed a qr code on the table while saying nothing. She asked for ids and my friend had forgotten hers so we left to go get it. The woman never said goodbye or have any remarks about us leaving, she just stood giving us horrible looks. We decided not to go back and probably never again. Horrible customer service.”

“Great top class facilities, staff could be a bit friendlier though... Update: I've noticed a change for the better in staff attitude, they're much more friendly these days. However, they are not forthcoming with advice. For instance, for someone's first time there, especially someone with fair skin such as myself, they really should be asking if you have prior experience, or if you have any questions about the equipment, etc. They didn't seem to have much of a range of beds either, despite the glossy exterior.”
