“Popped in earlier for a 12 min sunbed to try this wee place out, noticed the new "luxura" bed which i was familiar with as I've used before was extremely impressed, Bluetooth air-conditioning fans face qsens spray red hot bed outstanding and overall a decent tan. Signing up process woman was really friendly and helpful, signed up via tablet and given a loyalty card for future visits. Place was nice & clean and tidy also. I'll be back 5* for me and 5* beds”

“I had a very bad experience with this company. Not as much any specific salon, more with the company itself. I bought a voucher as a gift to my partner, but the voucher was never in the envelope they sent. It was just a paper saying I paid for the voucher. When I went to the salon to use that paper thinking that is all I have to show turned out that I should have taken with me the voucher it self. When I told that was all I got via post they directed me to the head office. I spoke with somebody from Head office who did not wish to introduce herself despite I was asking for her name several times was very rude and said she has sent the voucher earlier and will not send a new one. I told her if I had the voucher I would have not had to complain about this but she hung up on me. I called back but I got an Extremely rude customer service from her again. I was asking for a manager when she said she was one of them. I was asking where can i complain further, got hung up again. I paid £50 for the voucher but never able to use it, never got the service. The company was happy taking my money but not providing the service. Extremely disappointed in the company and in such poor people handling”
