“Douglas did a really good job on our balcony , retiled and resealed and also various painting touch ups . He prepared the balcony ceiling for me and in the understanding he was going to come back to paint the ceiling once the chap upstairs had had his balcony done( also by Douglas) we paid him. Nothing!!!! I rang him, text him, messaged him,did the wots app thing - even emailed him.... Nothing!! The guy upstairs also rang him and messaged him but nothing!! So all in all a good job but he never finished the job and to this day has not contacted me . I guess I should never pay for the job done until completed!”
