“Brilliant customer service and advice from the very start. We have dealt with a few different contractors since moving into the area and have had issues with almost all of them, usually misleading information, poor communication and general sloppy service. With the Edinburgh Tile Studio, it was completely seamless. We got a marble with a pink vein through it and due to a raised cistern we weren't able to use the matching dado however, they were able to contact the supplier and organise to get the long edge on the wall tiles slightly rounded and polished for the finish tile which came out great, if Kathryn and her team weren't as approachable, we might never have queried it and would have been led down another rabbit hole of picking new tiles. My tiler had a lot of questions regarding the marble, all of which either Katherine or Daphne were able to answer completely. I would recommend the Edinburgh Tile Studio to anyone, they are a breath of fresh air and genuinely care about the customer.
