“I’ve visited the Topps Tiles store several times recently for my new bathroom, and Ian has been outstanding on every occasion. He has been incredibly patient, taking the time to talk me through different grout colours and helping me visualise the best options for my project. He even carried heavy tile samples out to my car without hesitation. My Mum was also very impressed with his help and support that he gave to her when she was returning items for me. Ian also gave really helpful advice on the labour materials I needed to buy and made sure I had everything on my list. When there was a delay in delivery, he kept me fully informed, which I really appreciated. On one visit the store was extremely busy and Ian was the only person working, yet he remained calm, professional, and unflappable throughout. His customer service is exceptional, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. A real credit to the store. Highly recommended! The floor tiles and shower tiles I went for in the end were PERFECT! They were both of excellent quality and have truly transformed my bathroom.”
