Lexus had previously told me there was nothing wrong, but Simon diagnosed the issue straight away and nailed it on the first go. That alone gave me huge confidence in their expertise. On top of that, the total cost for the service and repairs was less than half of what Lexus usually charges. The location is also very convenient - right next to the shopping centre, library, T-Way and other amenities, which makes it easy while you wait.
