“I recently had my two front tyres replaced as they were completely worn. I paid £174 for the tyres and wheel alignment. Immediately after collecting my car, I noticed that once I exceeded 55mph on the motorway the car became extremely shaky and severe vibrations through the steering wheel and body of the vehicle. I returned to the garage twice to raise this concern. On both occasions, the little man on the front desk was rude and dismissive. There were also other customers ahead of me complaining about work that had not been carried out properly, which does not inspire confidence. When I left my car for it to be checked, I returned over an hour later only to be handed my keys without any explanation. I genuinely do not believe my car was even moved or inspected. After two failed attempts to resolve the issue, I was forced to take my car to another garage to have the problem fixed properly. The mechanics there described the condition of the work as appalling. This experience has cost me additional time, money, and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this garage to anyone (especially women) and will never return. Below are the photos taken by the mechanic who had to rectify farmers second attempt at ‘balancing the wheels’ which I have been reassured is a routine job for any mechanic. Being allowed to drive away with the wheels so unbalance is extremely reckless as it’s putting my life and other drivers at risk. Poor show from this Farmers branch.”

“I have been this shop for 4th times for same problem. They just ruined my tyre sensor and couldn't fix it . They take off my sensors which was good but they changed to cheap sensors charged me£130. I asked them first visit there is leak in tyre but they said no leak but on third visit they said small leak they found they repaired it but because they threw my original sensor put cheap sensors they could not reset it . I took it other garage they solved it in 10 min. They here just over charged people. They even didn't back my invoice..”

“unfortunate incident that occurred at this garage While my vehicle was in your facility for replacing tyres. you asked me to come back after one hour and I left with trust. one of your staff accidentally drove my car into a wall, causing visible damage. I had entrusted my car to your workshop in good condition, and it is disheartening to receive it back with damage due to this negligence. This is not their first fault as the same staff scratched the rear left wheel and he admitted. But this time when i went to their garage to speak with the garage manager, he treated me in unprofessional way, he was aggressive, nervous and trying to hide his staff fault while his staff standing in front of me very stressed about what he did but he said nothing. When i asked him for CCTV he said we have no camera! I informed him that I’m about to phone police but again he said you can call police we have no camera!! Anyone with common sense and some logic will look at my car damage and their Rough wall and grey colour will understand what happened there.”
