“Got tyres changed here and they didn't balance them or tighten the bolts so the tyres could have fallen off. I didn't notice until I was almost an hour away and it resulted in what could have been a very dangerous drive along the motorway where the steering wheel was shaking all over the place and I had to hold on tightly. I booked in last minute at a nearby Halfords to get them balanced and tightened (which solved the issue) so I could get back on the road safely. I phoned and the manager (?) was very apologetic and said I could go back in and get the money I paid for the balancing but, to be honest, that didn't really make up for the risk that I was unknowingly put through. I won't be returning”
