“I can highly recommend NM Controls. I contacted Neil in early 2025 when my underfloor heating controls started to fail after 15yrs. After sending him my system details he came back with a choice of options at different price points, and was not pushy at all. He gave great advice and we agreed on a midrange wifi enabled system. On the day he arrived promptly and was fully kitted up and prepared, very professional and did the full installation and commissioning of the replacement system in one working day, and demonstrated how to use it including installing the control app on our devices. He stayed in regular contact over the next few days, which was appreciated but not required as the system has been working perfectly for over a year. It is great to be able to switch on the heating remotely if we have been away, and have the house warm at the click of an app (Heatmiser Neo). I have contacted him again recently do a replacement job on the hot water control system which is also on its last legs. I will continue to use NM Controls as my first choice for any future projects.
