During the work, Russell sent photos of the underside of the chair showing more wear and tear than expected. He suggested fixing to give as long as possible wear in the future. They were so helpful to find a fabric we like even better. They suggested removing the skirt to make it more modern, and they completely rebuilt it to make it more comfortable. The price was fair and affordable, and the door to door service was fantastic. We will definitely use their services again.
