“I’ve been going to Jem for waxing sessions for over a year now and I always found her very nice and attentive. She is always very friendly and can put you at ease. The room is always decorated very lovely and relaxing with essential oils smell and music. The decorations definitely make the place more relaxing and help you forget about waxing. I also appreciate the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the place. Jem has a large shelf full of clean towels which are warmed before use and the products she uses have always been super hydrating to the skin. 10/10 recommend.”

“This was my second time in to get a Hollywood and leg wax and both times were exceptional. The treatment is fast and the wax is a lot nicer than all the other places I have been. It is exceptionally clean and they offer free tea and even asked me if I would like a doughnut. The lady on reception was friendly and spent a good 20 minutes talking to me as I was early for my appointment. Jem the therapist is lovely and very interested in what you have to say and we chatted like old friends for the whole appointment. She also remembered me even though my last appointment was over 6 months ago. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. I will definitely be back. Thank you.”
