I initially wanted to know if Nikki would send sketches of the final design ahead of the day, based on the references I’d shared, but learned it was best to leave her to it and we were totally delighted and surprised with the end result. It was absolutely delicious too. We were especially delighted to see she’d incorporated our little corgi into the design which went down a treat!”
