“If you are planning your special day and looking for somewhere to hire your cars, without any problems, then you would be better choosing some other hire car company. My son was married in June to his lovely bride, Clare. It started with the wrong car turning up to pick up Elliot and his groomsmen but the car provided was adequate. On arrival at the venue, Clare and her Father were dropped on the wrong side of the road which meant Clare having to avoid cars on the road to get to the front door. The plan was to get married at the venue and then have photos taken at another place so the cars were ordered and paid for 4 hours. On leaving the venue it appeared that the cars had left after approximately 1 hour so the photographers and the happy couple had to flag down a taxi which meant not having any photos taken of themselves in the car which would have made up part of their album. After the photos were taken they had to walk up and down the Royal Mile trying to get a taxi, the bride in her beautiful dress and the groom resplendent in his full kilt ensemble. You can imagine the looks they were given by passers-by and people on buses, having spent a fortune on their special day they looked 'cheap' jumping into a black cab. Things can go wrong on a special day but there was no excuse for this other than appalling service. The blame was placed at either, Clare the bride or the photographers for apparently sending the drivers away - a blatant lie!!! So if you want to have a wonderful day save yourself a fortune and take the bus I suspect it would be a more reliable than the service provided by Ecosse Cars!!!
