“I ordered a bright vibrant bouquet for delivery for a very special anniversary but what was delivered was pale, washed out and insipid. The size and number of blooms also looked nothing nearly as generous as I would have expected. The arrangement shown on the company's website was the cheapest of three options. I ordered the most expensive one but what what was sent looked to contain even fewer blooms than the cheapest. To add insult to injury, I explained on ordering that the recipients were going out for a celebration lunch so the delivery needed to be made either morning or late afternoon. On the day I received an email saying delivery would be over lunchtime. I rang the shop and was told they had no control over when the courier would deliver but they would leave it on the doorstep if no-one was home. Gardens in this area are all open plan! The flowers were delivered at 1pm. Fortunately there was someone home at the time but, all in all, a really poor experience. I regularly order flowers (not from this shop) but probably will never again given the huge difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.”
