Phil helped us out every step of the way, visualising a new design, showing us where we could make more space, showing what component colours he thinks would work with which tiles etc. and not only that, giving us a comparison of quality, care, and durability for different bathroom suite types. Without Phil’s guidance, our bathroom wouldn’t have been anywhere near as nice so it’s worth making an appointment with him at the showroom. Brian came to site to survey and quote, after which we spent a leisurely and thorough amount of time with Phil in the showroom going through our needs and preferences. “I’m in the middle of a bathroom renovation and was badly let down by my supplier with shoddy products ie 3 faulty shower trays in desperation I phoned numerous suppliers without much help until Phil from the Edinburgh store was my knight in shining armour , he helped me source a new tray which I basically needed the same day what a hero I can’t thank him enough for all his patience and help and wish I’d know sooner about this company as I probably would have purchased all my bathroom products from here , very helpful and a credit too your store thanks again Phil”
