“I’ve just returned from Jen McGregor Yoga’s 3-day January retreat—my second time attending, and somehow it was even more incredible than the first. From start to finish, the whole weekend was deeply peaceful, joyful, fun and nourishing, surrounded by the most beautiful group of people. Jen is quite simply human sunshine. She brings such warmth, calm and positivity, and the entire retreat reflected that energy. Everything was impeccably organised and thoughtfully planned—Jen truly takes care of every detail. The yoga practices were outstanding, with a wonderful mix of styles to suit everyone, alongside meditation, relaxation, saunas and an invigorating waterfall hike. There was the perfect balance of movement, rest and connection. On top of that, every meal was absolutely delicious and added to the overall feeling of being so well looked after. This retreat filled my heart and left me feeling grounded, uplifted and refreshed. Jen McGregor is without a doubt my favourite yoga teacher, and I already can’t wait to return again.
