★★★★★“I love the weekly yoga classes in Soma Yoga! Each class is a fresh breath of spirituality in my life... I find here authentic spiritual teachings which I can integrate easily in my daily life and also community that is both supportive and loving. I totally recommend this yoga school for everyone who is looking for Hatha yoga classes and to follow a genuine spiritual path. Also, all the teachers are super nice and supportive!”
★★★★★“Soma Yoga Scotland is one of the most beautiful and grounding spaces I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I stepped in, I felt held—like my whole being could finally exhale. There’s a deep sense of safety, care, and authenticity here that’s hard to put into words! What makes Soma so special is that it’s not just a place to do yoga—it’s a school where you truly learn how to listen to your body, reconnect with yourself, and move in a way that feels nourishing and real. The approach is gentle, yet powerful. I’ve never felt pushed or judged—only supported, guided, and seen exactly as I am. The teacher is exceptional 💖—not only deeply knowledgeable, but also compassionate, present, and wise. Whether you’re attending a class, a course, or one of their teacher trainings, you can feel how much thought and heart has gone into everything they offer. It’s not about achieving the perfect pose—it’s about coming home to yourself 🧘♀️ For anyone looking for something deeper than mainstream yoga—for real connection, healing, and transformation—I can’t recommend Soma Yoga Scotland enough. It’s been life-changing for me, and I’m so grateful to have found it 💜💜💜”
★★★★★“I have been going to Soma yoga for near two years now, I first came to improve my flexibility, as I’m not getting any younger, and I felt it best to start by means of yoga as a way relax and make a time away from distractions. What I did not expect is the in-depth teachings into the esoteric nature behind yoga and the multitude of energy stuck within me. However, and arguably more importantly, there was a subtle then substantial influence on my life. For example, I was not aware that I wasn’t able to relax (I thought I was able) but through the first few months of becoming more self aware I realised that I had always been tense, never truly relaxed. So through listening to Sublima (learning the difference between chakras and Mahavidyas) and lots of yoga practice, I have, and to a noticeable extent, became a new person. Yoga practice serves me as a kind of de-ruster, where all my aches and pains are alleviated by the slow and steady approach, which in turn helps move trapped energy and clears my mind. There are many great techniques to learn and you can really go as in-depth as you like. So if you are searching for some answers in your life this could be a good place to start, as it will make you aware that the answers to some of your problems are in your own ego.”
