“I started going to yoga when I was pregnant with my first baby. It was gentle yoga and I really loved the class to keep me moving all the way up to 41 weeks of pregnancy. Now, we attend the mum and baby classes. We both love it. She is great teacher, challenges you just enough. It is my favorite day of the week going to yoga. Her movements really take into account a mums recovery and healing. I’ve done a few yoga classes before and they were so focused on the flow of movements - whereas she slows it down and makes each movement feel more intentional and “spicy”. She really challenges you to be mindful of your posture, the feeling of your body, and your pelvic floor/breathing. I never think I’m going to be sore- until the next day I feel an incredible range of muscles are worked. The accessibility of her classes. The range of her teaching ability. The community she creates for the mum and baby classes. I would give her 10 stars. ⭐️ I cannot recommend Jodie enough to all my mum friends.”
