“Just wanted to say a big thanks to Zen for their recent build in our garden. Gordon visited our property and very quickly drew up an image to our specifications. Absolutely no pressure from him, just gave us an idea of what they could do and the cost. We agreed to the work, were lucky enough to get a slot in the diary and the work was started very quickly. The men building the room, Chalmers and Bobby, were on site everyday and worked flat out. They always said hello to our wee boy and dog and left the garden tidy each night. Their communication was excellent and they were able to incorporate changes to the design (larger windows) without any issue. Sub contractors like electrician and decorator were also lovely and attended when expected. The garden room is a double office space and the guys also used some leftover insulation to soundproof the partition wall as much as possible. They also helped us massively by moving our hut up a wee bit to give us more space at the office room door. Work was completed on time and to a brilliant standard. We had originally planned on getting an office pod kit off the internet but we’re so glad we went to Zen. Absolutely no stress for us getting the build done. Thanks to everyone at Zen for your hard work. We really appreciate it!”

From the very first phone call, through the planning and design process, the actual build and the aftercare the whole team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took the time to ensure they understood exactly what I was looking for, and provided great input and knowledge regarding the design. I was able to add upgrades to the Ecobuild, and also some extra decking. I was kept updated throughout the whole process, with regular site visits from Gordon and Dionne & Courtney. Stuart and his fabulous team work to an incredibly high standard, and always tidied away at end of a day. Zen Garden Rooms also provide an excellent aftercare service. I also knew that I didn’t want to have to contact different companies to do additional work like slabs and electrics and then try and co-ordinate everyone. Zen took my description and turned it into a fabulous reality- exactly what I wanted and they did all the work.
