“Booked a slot for 14:30, arrived 5 mins early and ended up waiting 35 minutes with no explanation and when I asked about my booking and being booked in at 14:30, I was ignored and someone else who'd walked in 20 minutes after me was shown the the barbers chair. No apology or acknowledgement from the staff, one looked like he couldn't care less, incredibly poor service and 35 minutes of a lunch break completely wasted. I would not recommend this establishment based on this experience.”
