“Myself, partner, and my parents had a great time at our Paint & Wine class with Sam last night. All materials were set up prior to arriving and, after glasses had been filled, we had a gentle start to the painting. As someone new to painting, Sam’s friendly and relaxed manner of instruction was really encouraging, and I feel I learnt quite a bit in the few hours we were there. My parents, who are a bit more experienced painters, were encouraged to go at their own pace. Would highly recommend as an evening activity. Look forward to attending again soon.”

“Attended an excellent course this morning on Knitting a Mitred Blanket (comprising of various mitred squares), taken by Una Richards. The course was very well organised and reasonably priced, and instructions were clear and succinct by the tutor who was very welcoming, knowledgable and approachable. Una’s handouts will be very useful when I’m practicing making mitred blankets at home, which the course has inspired me to do. Looking forward to attending other courses at Birchwood art studios which is a lovely creative venue.”
