“Easy enough to find (at end of Westfield Ave/barrier). Good open yard bays for 2 lorries. Only issue is, they only load and tip from one bay, so your held in the other bay whilst they deal with the other lorry. Whilst not that much of an issue you are not allowed to unstrap or unclip your curtains on the holding bay !!!! Hence whilst a good tip can take anything upto 2 hours !!!!!!! Lads are great and quick just the stupid rule around waiting to unstrap”

“Possibly the worst and least transparent organisation there is out there, can't get stock levels right, can't keep up with demand. Redirect other people's orders to other customers, just not right. Clearly don't care about customer service, not have an understanding as to how their operations affect their customers' timelines as well.”

“A decent product but expensive, and customer service is poor. I reported a problem with the panels not adhering to the wall and it took them 12 days just to email back asking for more photos. Not the kind of support you expect when panels are over £200 each. Update - after a little chasing, Multipanel have been good to their word and offered replacements free of charge under warranty. Things can and will go wrong, but it's about how companies deal with problems that really makes a big difference. Hats off to Multipanel for their approach.”
