“The HiSolution Team are amazing and did a great job documenting issues found on their assessment visit, and repairing items identified and agreed on with regards to the shared roof of our tenement building. I really appreciated the excellent communication and service provided by the company. The quoting process was very straightforward and flexible, and using a PDF report to highlight the proposed works with photographs and summaries was most useful given that this needed to be shared with 12 other flat owners for review. We also received a report with pictures showing the work completed (again as a shareable file) The work was done over two days- and it was very interesting to watch the rope action as it happened. It is a great bonus not having to put up scaffolding- for both managing the costs and not having to drill more holes into the sandstone facade. A very reliable and professional company- excellent choice.”
