“Easy to book and pay but, on the day, communications from AutoGlass were awful. Initially they just gave a date and on the morning a rough time. However that time kept slipping and the only way to find that out was for me to contact AutoGlass. There was no comms from AutoGlass. Eventually they cancelled at 1600 after I hung around all day. I wouldn't use them again but they are my insurers preferred supplier!”

“Disgraceful service. The operator tried to give me an appointment at a non existent depot. She didn't seem very bright.I had to keep repeating myself to her.I got the impression I was talking to an A I generated voice. She didn't give me an option of a home repair meaning I had to do a 44 mile round trip, twice, because on my 1st trip I was informed they had ordered the wrong glass. On ,2nd visit technician wanted me to sign off the job before it had started. On completion, I was sent a repair report stating rear AND side window replacement. I had ONLY rear window replaced. I did however inform my insurers of the mistake (iny opinion, deliberate) On speaking to autoglass I requested an amended report which surprise surprise has not arrived. I'm sure there are plenty my re independent replacement companies out there,so do some research and avoid autoglass”

“I can’t fault Autoglass Edinburgh after a manufacturing defect in the new windscreen was spotted prior to fitting. I did have to re book a new appointment but far rather that than them just fitting the defective windscreen. We eventually managed to get an OEM windscreen from Ford, which was covered by my insurance, and Tam took very good care of my motorhome whilst fitting it. Well done to Tam and his team. Thank you for keeping quality paramount.”
