“I took my red Qashqai in for a wash today and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman (Sherif) was so friendly and helpful. He gave me a clear, honest estimate of how long it would take and even phoned me when the car was ready to collect, which I really appreciated. When I picked it up, he took the time to show me how the car had been cleaned, which just shows the care and pride they take in their work. The whole process was straightforward, efficient, and didn’t take long at all. The value for money was excellent, especially for the size of my car. “Paid £10 for a Silver Wash, and the guy tried to charge me £12 even though the sign clearly states a small car is £10, I have a VW Up! Came away and my wheels are still dirty, the chamois he used must be dirty because my whole car is covered in dirty streaks, and to top it off, he chipped my door handle with the power washer! Will not be back.”
