“If you need any thing fixed, Aztel is the place to go in Dalkeith. Arif was extremely helpful when my mobile no longer worked. He tried everything to fix it. Ended up getting a new one, at my suggestion and at a lower price than I had seen elsewhere, which included a new cover and screen protector. He helped me set things up and when I went back for more help, he couldn't have been more amicable. Very knowledgeable. I had some old phones which I didn't want to go to landfill and he gave me something for them. Will go back with old computers. Nothing was too much trouble, just what you need when stressed out!”

“Getting your staff to leave false reviews to bump up the numbers are we? Got an Xbox from here, the person at the desk seemed not interested in serving. Got the Xbox and she handed it to me in a Sainsbury's bag. I plug it in, to see someone's log on details , email address and all still logged in. So they hadn't even bothered to wipe it beforehand. So a GDPR breach there. The controller given to me had drift so a character would walk or menus would move by itself. There's a recurring theme of change of prices and slight of hand at the last minute, overall a really unprofessional business. After a friend had went in to get a refund on Xbox they also purchased they tried to worm their way out of giving a refund. They lied about HDMI port being damaged made up lies that it was dropped or something - went to another REPUTABLE shop and this wasn't the case. Aztel owner tried to say it's normally 45 pound but for you it's 35 pounds. Trying to barter on a false repair. Their Xbox was only 6 months after purchase and well within their warranty. Trading Standards have been notified as their business practices are shocking how they are still in business is beyond me”
