“No idea what Charge Place Scotland were thinking with this unit. It's located in the car park for St Mary's Church, and more often than not the car park gate is closed and padlocked to keep people from parking in it in instead of paying £3 to park at Dalkeith Country Park. When the car park is open, usually on a Sunday when the church is open, more often than not you'll find someone's already charging, or someone from the congregation has ICE'ed the two bays. Basically useless to rely on it being available, and to add insult to injury it's not even a free charger.”
