“Just finished Jenny’s 5 week pottery class and it was honestly one of the best/most wholesome experiences. I threw around 12 pieces and decided to keep 7 to paint and glaze. Over the 5 weeks we learned to throw, carve, centre, etch, paint and glaze. The studio space is so comfortable and Jenny (and Tim!) are able to provide great 1:1 support, tailoring help to your specific needs - but fully letting you take control of your pieces. I got the opportunity to try multiple different shapes and designs, with direction from Jenny on how to achieve this. She was also great at explaining the process behind what we were doing, which overall allowed me to build up my pottery skills. It was a very supportive environment, and a genuine joyful 2 hours that I looked forward to every week - would highly recommend if you’re interested in learning how to do pottery or if you have done a few classes before and want the opportunity to make multiple blows and mugs!”

“My daughter bought me a voucher after meeting Jenny at a craft fair, so we both went to her wheel throwing class. It was great fun and Jenny worked hard to get us something useable. One thing I would have liked was a chance to mess around with a bit of clay to see what happened if you pressed too hard or in the wrong place! I guess that could be wasteful though. The painting was so relaxing and Jenny was so helpful with the colours and glazing. We ended us with 2 functioning mugs/pots each so we were very happy!”
