“If I could leave zero stars I would. Sauna has been out of order for almost a full year. The main reason I joined this centre was for sauna use. No reason or explanation why it is out of use until further notice. Not good enough. This centre is nearest me and I suffer from chronic back pain issues hence I don’t want to have to go to Lasswade etc. to have a sauna. No apology or interest taken when asking as to why out of use.”
