He was very aware of the house and previous problems, shared some interesting knowledge about wasps and how they breed. “Not impressed. Seemed friendly at first and arrived within 2 days of asking him to come out. Friendly and chatty saying it would be safe for my dog etc. He said he wouldn’t take payment until he returned to pick up the traps and that it would be £50. On the day of returning to collect the traps I again asked how much it would be to clarify and he said it would be £100 (£50 per visit)! £50 for 10 seconds of work to collect traps is ridiculous! Not impressed as not once did he mention this before and he came into the garden and collected the traps without telling us he has been. Will definitely not be using again!”
