She then gave us an oppurtunity to go round the rooms ourselves again and was able to answer our further questions. What was really good is it was "our" viewing - we've had experience where viewing agents try to cram as many people as possible in at five minute intervals. Indeed we heard her politely turn away somebody who had speculatively rung the door bell and was wanting to view the property!”
